Pregnant again after my first cesarean section

I had my first baby in emergency cesarean because I was 42 weeks and three days late and my water broke. The baby didn't come out and she was stressed so I had cesarean. My baby girl is 8 1/2 months and I'm pregnant again. I'm nearly 36 weeks into my second pregnancy and I'm feeling a lot of pain in my scar and lower back. I would like to know if there someone else has gotten pregnant so soon after a cesarean.
