Label peeling off after multiple washes

I purchased plastic and glass bottles and have only been using them for 6 weeks. The labels on the plastic bottles are chipping off and end up inside the bottle and on the parts after being sterilized. The outside of the bottles are never scrubbed, they are hand washed.

I continue to find pieces of the blue label in my son's bottles and hope I've found all the pieces. I have to replace these bottles with another brand but I am satisfied with the bottles' function otherwise.
