Everything is a Surprise

In his first day at the hospital

Being a first time mom everything was surprise to me and my husband, I was in labor pain for 3 weeks. Every other day I'd to ask my husband to bring me to the hospital. After 3 weeks of false alarms, my water broke so we rushed to the hospital.

My OBGYN, of course, give me a chance to do it naturally, I was on the monitor for about 17 hours pushing to get the baby out for more than 3 hours until the baby lost his breath and they have to rush me to Cesarean room. My baby boy came out at 8.14 pounds, very healthy, having a cesarean.

It really was so painful. The first night at home I thought am going to die the pain was so crazy. But thank God after a week I feel good and I can go to the kitchen and cook my own Asian food!

My cuts didn’t really heal until the 3rd month when my doctor gave me a visiting nurse to handle my cuts.

Now I’m going to have my second cesarean, this coming May 27th for my second baby boy while my oldest son was a year old yesterday (April 28th. :)

So am I prepared for this second c-section? Not really! I still want to have a natural birth but I know it is very impossible for me right now.
