Top Baby Books:
Fuzzy Fuzzy Fuzzy!

Author:

    Sandra Boynton

Why It's Loved:

Texture. Texture. Texture. Babies love to touch things, and Fuzzy Fuzzy Fuzzy! is ALL about touching. The multiple fabrics, the flaps to open, all provide an exciting reading adventure for your infant to explore.

The book is oversized, has HUGE drawings, and simple words. The perfect combination for a baby-sized attention span. A favorite for the diaper bag as well, since your baby can easily entertain himself with the textures and flaps.

An Excerpt:

COW
Tousle her fuzzy blue hair.
Rub her fuzzy pink nose.

If I Have to Nit-Pick...

The flaps are wonderful but, let's face it, short-lived. If your baby manages to NOT rip them off by his first birthday, I would celebrate. On the other hand, he's exploring, he's intrigued, he's happy...a worthy exchange for a missing flap perhaps?
