Need Infant Advice?
Ask Heather and the Other Mentor Moms

Asking for and receiving infant advice is a normal part of the mothering adventure.

Here at The Essential Infant Resource, (EiR) we work hard to remind each other that motherhood is an organic and growing journey. We walk the mothering path a little more every day. Always further along than yesterday.

I know, without a doubt, that I'm a better mom today than I was three years ago. I'm sure you can say the same. You will be a better mom next year than you are now! This page is dedicated to helping you get the answers tothe baby issues that are troubling you most.

Who Answers My Questions?

  • Heather, the founder of the EiR
  • Danielle, our mentor for new moms
  • The Green Guru, our natural and organic mother mentor
  • A panel of medical professionals, including a doctor, nurse practitioner, and registered nurse, advising through our mentors.
  • Visitors just like you!
The advice here, although I believe it is sound and of good jugement, should not replace the advice of a hands-on pediatrician or medical expert. We have a saying at the EiR that we'd like to emphasize:

When in doubt, give Doc a shout!

This is all about supporting and helping one another through this oh-so-important formative year.

This is the place to ask all your questions related to mothering

However, if you have a specific breastfeeding question, you may be best helped by visiting our "Breastfeeding Thoughts and Questions" page 100% dedicated to that HUGE subject.

How Can We Help You and Your Infant?

Write to your heart's content! The more information we have about your situation or question, the more useful the replies will be (to you and every one else).
